Both times I booked a head and neck massage, which actually included a full-body massage with extra time focused on my problem areas. One was more of a deep tissue style, while the other was more relaxing. You can explain what you're looking for when you book, and they also check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure and treatment suit you.
